Rooms

Prices are in EURO per person per day. The price includes accommodation in a double or single room with shower, WC, hairdryer, balcony, SAT-TV and Wi-Fi internet connection as well as breakfast buffet for a minimum stay of 3 days.

Apartments

Prices are in EURO per week and include bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi internet connection. Final cleaning is charged separately. A daily bread service or a hearty breakfast in our breakfast room is available at an extra charge.

Local tax

Local tax of €2.80 per person per night is not included. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

Reductions

Standard discount for children in an additional bed:
- Up to 2 years: free of charge
- 2 to 6 years: 50% off
- 6 to 12 years: 30% off

Reservations

Reservations are only binding upon our written confirmation and receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy

There is no statutory right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act. However, we offer the following cancellation policy:
- For cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
- From the 29th to the 15th day prior to arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
- From the 14th day to the day of arrival, or in the event of late arrival or early departure, 90% of the total amount will be charged.

To protect you from unnecessary costs, we recommend that you take out the following travel cancellation insurance:

Check-in & check-out

- Rooms/apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. In the event of arrival after 6 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us by telephone.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room/apartment by 10 am.

Wellness

- In winter, use of the spa is included in the price (daily except Saturday).
- In summer, the sauna is free on request on rainy days. On other days, there is a charge for the use of the sauna.
- Bathrobes and whirlpool are available for a fee.

Parking facilities

- Car park: we have our own outdoor car park, where you can park your car free of charge.
- Garage: motorbikes and bicycles can be parked in the garage free of charge.

Other

- Free Wi-Fi access throughout the property.
- Ski boot room with ski boot dryer available.
- We are a non-smoking residence.
- Pets are not allowed.
